By accessing or using the AI Accelerators platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Description of Service
AI Accelerators provides a platform for building, training, and deploying custom AI chatbots. The Service includes a web interface, API access, and embedding scripts.
2. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Subscriptions: The Service is billed on a monthly basis. The standard plan is £10/month following a 30-day free trial.
- Add-ons: Enhanced Analytics are available for an additional £1/week (billed monthly).
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
4. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or disseminate illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- Overload our infrastructure with excessive automated requests (DDoS).
Artificial Intelligence is probabilistic by nature. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of the responses generated by the chatbots. You are solely responsible for verifying the information provided by the AI before relying on it.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all documents, text, and data you upload to the Service ("User Content").
Our Platform: AI Accelerators retains all rights to the underlying software, code, algorithms, and interface designs.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, particularly regarding the generation of illegal or prohibited content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Accelerators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
